Wrestling

Stephen is now finaly old enough for Seth to wrestle with. Most of the time he's fine with it and will fight back, but sometimes he doesn't appreciate it. This is one of those times. They didn't know I took this until I showed it to them.
Now you know what Seth's like at home!! Though some of you could have guessed he acts like this. :)

Me? By myself???

As you all saw from Shelbi's blog, she is taking lessons from a new piano teacher in Commerce. Mama took her there, Daddy was at work, and I stayed at home with everybody else. VERY RARELY do I find myself in such a situation. Me at home with Seth, Sarah Grace, Stephen, and.....SI???? It was fun, but let me tell you about one of the chaotic moments I had. :-)
After cleanig up lunch, we all went outside to play. Seth, Sarah Grace, and Stephen were riding around on their bikes, and Silas was playing with a truck. Everything was going smoothly, when...Silas discovered a gigantic water puddle in the parking lot. He ran over to it, and sloshed right through it, soaking his shoes and jeans. "Silas!no no!" I yelled. He pretended not to hear me, and did it again. After trying several more times to try to get him to stop, I just let it go. It started to rain again, so I called everybody in. Just as I did so, Silas fell down in the water. I picked him up and threw him under my arm to keep from getting wet myself. When we got in the garage, Stephen plopped down right in front of the door, and started trying to kick his boots off. Luther jumped on him and started biting him. "NO WUFER!!!DOP!!!" ( "no Luther stop") He yelled. Seth grabbed Luther and pulled off one of Stephen's boots while I pulled off the other one with my free hand. Stumbling past Stephen, we all made it inside. I changed Silas's clothes and diaper, and while I was doing so Stephen came in and said: "Umnana, do dentist pull thor teepf?" ( "Savannah, do dentists pull your teeth') "Sometimes," I said. I got Silas off the bed, and went into the kitchen. Seth turned on the Nathan Clark George song 'Praise The Lord", and we all danced.

Here we are dancing.

Sarah Grace

Of course there's Sarah Grace. She's surrounded by boys in our family, and her usual playmates are Stephen and Seth. She plays boys' games alot, but she still finds time to play with baby dolls. Stphen is the daddy in playtime most of the time.

Here Sarah Grace has dressed Stephen up in a ballet costume. Look at his face!!!!!

We were at the Family Camp in New Mexico here.

The dress she has on here has been through Hannah,(our aunt)Shelbi, and me.=-)

I better stop here, but here she is with one of the stray cats that made it's home on our front porch.

Here's some random pictures of Stephen and Silas.
I thought they looked adorable in their matching clothes.=-)

=-)

Silas is always doing mischivious things. This is one of his favorites. But lately he has dropped this and has taken to spraying hair spray everywhere and getting into mama's make-up. We often see him coming out of the bathroom with a huge grin on his face and a make-up brush!!

Milo is usually a good-natured cat, but sometimes he gets offended too easily. We think he has post-traumatic stess disorder from when he was a kitten and Sarah Grace "loved" him so much she nearly killed him.

Since the title of this blog is ''Little Brothers Are Great,'' I'll show a picture of each of my little brothers =-)

Seth is nine and is very energetic. He loves baseball, and is chosen for the Allstars team every year.He is a great big brother to Sarah Grace, Stephen and Silas, and plays with them alot.He plays the guitar and sings too. He plays outside a whole lot, and sometimes has skinned up legs from ripstik and roller skate catastrophes.

Stephen is three and loves tractors, trucks, and cars. He rides in the gator alot and likes to watch ''Little Bear''. He keeps us all laughing with his baby talk, cause he can't say his t's, r's, y's,or c's!!!!

Silas (or Si-man) is one and a half, and does whatever Stephen does. He is learning how to sit through Bible study, and whenever Daddy sniffs,he does too! He's spoiled to alot of hugs and kisses, and will be the baby of the family until the next one's born!
